BASIC FUNCTION基本职责
1. Responsible in achieving theroom and catering sales objectives of the hotel.
负责实现酒店的客房和餐饮销售目标。
2. Assists the Director of Sales& Marketing in the development of Sales & Marketing plan and in budgetpreparation.
协助市场销售总监制订销售市场计划及预算。
3. Represents and promotes the hotel by maintaining constantcontact with the market and the customer base locally and internationallythrough Customer Relationship Management.
代表酒店通过客户关系管理,与本地和国际市场的客户保持密切的联系并推销酒店。
4. To act as the deputy of theDirector of Sales & Marketing in his/her absence to ensure all daily tasksare completed in a timely fashion.
市场销售总监不在时,管理部门内事务,保证每日工作按时完成。
5. Imployment all sop and mice standards according to now policy.
按照现行政策执行所有sop和mica标准.
6. Maintain accurite opera working proceding and data for hotel toensure all information is correctly and proceed
维护酒店OPREA的工作流程和数据,确保工作流程和数据资料完整
JOB SPECIFICATION工作要求
Education教育背景
一、UniversityGraduate and above; Graduation from Hotel Management, English, Sales andMarketing related professional. 全日制大学本科(含)以上学历;酒店管理、英语、市场营销相关专业。
二、Experience.经验。
三、Min 2years experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.在国际连锁酒店集团担任类似的工作岗位,具有2年以上的经验。
四、Competencies,Skills& Personality Traits Required.能力,技能及个性要求。
1. Leadership skills and knowledge of all tasks within thearea of responsibility, and ability to motivate and coach staff.具备领导才能,了解所负责部门对各职位的责任, 善于管理并激励员工。
2. Knowledge andexperience in Internet and other major computer programs.掌握使用互联网及其它主要电脑系统的知识。
3. Ability to useSales and Front Office computer systems.掌握应用销售及前台的电脑系统。
4. Knowledge inCorporate, Travel Industry, C & M and Catering sales.了解商务旅游、旅游业国际市场,会议旅游及宴会销售。
5. Ability and understanding of themarket and competition.能够掌握和理解市场和竞争。
6. Ability to conduct trainingneeds analysis for the department, and prepare effective training plans.具有分析员工不同需要为其制订有效培训计划的能力。
7. Excellent written and spokenMandarin & English are a must.必须有优秀的中,英文口头表达及书写能力。
8. Good computer skills withminimum requirement in use of Microsoft Windows 98 or higher, Microsoft Office97 or higher, Internet and other popular software.良好的电脑技能,至少会使用微软视窗98以上操作系统、微软办公室 97或更高版本、互联网及其它的流行出版软件。
