the entire outlet schedule, have to know which supervisor, waiter/busboy (or
temporary staff) is working for which party and assign them side work duties.

· Assists in
set up, service and breakdown of all functions; checks lights and air
conditioning.

· Checks BEO
to see that all is being set properly (i.e. table settings, flower arrangement,
microphone, etc.).

· Must know
outlet service manual, hotel rules & regulations and hotel emergency
procedure.

· Employee performs
all cashier and revenue recording duties according to hotels policy &
procedures.

· To be fully in charge of the setup of the function
