Thisposition is responsible providing the best available communication for theHotel. Responding to and taking care of all guest requests. Ensuringunparalleled service by following up on guest’s request with the relateddepartments in a respective time frame with professionalism and courtesy. Undertaking other duties and responsibilities as required by the Personal Assistant Manager.

· Decentappearance, hospitality,highly collaboration and beautiful voice.
外表得体,殷勤好客,高度合作,美妙的声音。
· Experiencefor working shifts rotation, including Night Shift.
有翻班工作经验,包括夜班。
· BusinessEnglish conversational and writing.
有一定商务英语对话能力和写作能力。
· Mustbe clearly spoken with pleasant, cheerful telephone manner.
必须口齿清晰,愉快的电话态度礼仪。
· Havingknowledge of the telephone system and software is an advantage
有电话系统和软件知识的优先。
· FrontOffice Experience is preferred.
有前厅部工作经验者优先。
