To beresponsible for assisting the Sous Chef and Junior Sous Chef in supervising theactivities of personnel engaged in the preparation of food in the kitchen andparticipating in the activities of Senior Commis Cook and Kitchen Helpers Cook.

RESPONSIBILITIES职责:
