The incumbent in the position is responsible for meeting and greeting guests, handling guests and complaints, and ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and recognition to ensure return business for the hotel according to the Hotel Standard operation procedure.

· Decent appearance, hospitality and highly collaboration.

· Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken). Reasonable in written English

· Good supervisory skills

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 必要的资历要求:
· Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position in comparable hotel.
