公共区域主管(J11346)

工作职责：• To distribute assignment to PA attendant给保洁员分配任务• To tour the entire public area in sequence.按顺序巡视整个公共区域• To ensure proper cleaning, vacuuming are being done in the restaurant outlets, function rooms, lobbies and rest rooms.确保在餐厅出口、多功能厅、大堂和洗手间进行合适的清理，如清洗、用吸尘器• To report any damage of carpet or furniture, etc. for immediate repairs.要及时汇报地毯和家具的损坏，以便急修及降低损失• To keep following up the repairing work until it has been completed.跟踪急修事宜，确保维修已经完成• To check equipment to assure they are functional, clean and properly stored.检查确保机器的被清洁、正常工作及妥善存放• To check all the rest rooms frequently to keep up a hygienic standard.检查所有洗手间始终处于高卫生标准• To coordinate with outlet managers for adequate cloakroom service if there is special function.与公关经理协调沟通在一些特殊时间段安排足够的衣帽间、休息室服务• To arrange toilet attendants for standing by during the VIP function.当有VIP客人时安排充分的洗手间服务员• To check back stairs to assure the cleanliness is maintained.检查楼梯确保卫生及清洁• To do special assignment given by the supervisor.完成主管分配的其它工作任职资格：• At least one to two years of experience as PA Supervisor in luxury hotel establishment.至少两年的奢华酒店PA主管经验• Good eyesight.视力良好• Must be physically fit and able to work long hours.身体健康，能够适应长时间工作
