工作职责：Support hotel to achieve its business goals and improve guest and team member engagement by providing all team members with effective and innovative learning. 通过给全体员工提供有效及创新的培训，来协助酒店完成业务目标以及提高客人和员工满意度。任职资格：• University degree in hospitality management or related fields酒店管理专业或相关专业本科学历。• 5－year work experience with a minimum of 2－year in a hotel operation5年相关工作经验，至少2年酒店工作经验。• Platform speaking experience讲台授课经验• Operations experience （preferably in hotel）具备酒店运营部门工作经验为佳• Wise thinking, passionate, strong communication skill and resilience思维敏捷，富工作激情，具有较强的沟通能力与抗压能力• Strong presentation skill优秀的演讲技能• Able to design and develop programs设计和开发项目• Fluent written and oral English流利的英语书写和口语表达• Creative and innovative skills创新技巧• High motivational abilities具有激励和感染他们的能力
