工作职责:

熟知华尔道夫酒店员工手册全部内容,并严格遵守酒店各项规章制度
2. To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotels policy relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
熟知并遵守酒店有关消防、卫生、健康和安全的各项政策
3. To be fully familiar with Waldorf Astoria brand value and core competencies and follow these standards of service as they apply to the Spa department.
熟知华尔道夫品牌价值理念、核心竞争力,达到要求的服务标准并运用到spa中
4. To report to work, punctually, wearing uniform and name tag at all time.
准时到岗上班,着装整洁并随时佩戴名牌
5. To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all time by adhering to the Waldorf Astoria Shanghai grooming standard.
时刻保持一个整洁得体的高水准个人形象,以达到华尔道夫对员工形象的要求标准
6. To have a proper body gestures and oral expression at all time
时刻保持得体的行为举止
7. To follow Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) at all time.
工作要符合标准操作程序(SOP)
8. To takes direction from management, regarding operational issues.
对于运营方面的问题,要服从上级管理
9. To attend and actively participate in training sessions
积极参与各类培训
10. To report any suspicious looking persons or packages that are delivered, dumped or found in the hotel and report to the supervisor or security.
一旦在酒店内部发现任何可疑人物或物品,立即会报上级或保安部
11. To keep himself/ herself up to date on the knowledge of the hotel facilities, products and service on offer.
保证个人对酒店所有设施、产品及服务的全新了解,以便及时提供给客人
12. To ensure high standards and cleanliness in the Spa
确保SPA设施及卫生达到要求的高标准
13. To report any maintenance issues to the Supervisor or Spa Manager to ensure a smooth operation.
及时向主管或经理汇报工程问题,以确保正常运营
14. To keep himself / herself up to date with the Satisfaction and Loyalty Tracking (SALT) and seek to positively increase these result.
及时查看SALT分数,并积极发现问题,提高水平
15. To provide courteous, efficient and professional service at all times.
时刻以谦恭、高效、专业的标准来服务客人
16. To notify Spa manager immediately for any guest complaint, as well as taking ownership on guest inquiry.
若遇客人投诉,立即通知SPA经理,同时积极解决客人的询问
17. To coordinate with Spa Therapists to ensure that bookings and treatments run smoothly and punctually throughout the day.
与理疗师积极协调以确保每天预订的疗程能够准时顺利地进行
任职资格:
• 1 year of experience at 5 stars hotel
1年以上5星级酒店工作经历
• Computer skills, Microsoft word and excel and outlook
电脑技能,掌握word,excel, outlook
• Spa软件程序
• Knowledge of proper use and maintenance of SPA equipment.
