工作职责：
• Maintain a friendly, neat and pleasant image to guests
保持一个友好及整洁的外表。
• Always check personal hygiene and be well groomed in appearance
时刻注意个人卫生。
• Always wear a clean and tidy uniform
时刻装着干净和整洁的制服。
• Always be friendly and keep smiling under any circumstances
在任何情况下保持微笑的态度。
• Provide courteous service to guests and guest’s enquires complaints and requests
面对客人的投诉和要求要有礼貌。
• Handle all complaints and requests immediately and tactfully
及时、恰当的处理客人的投诉和要求。
• Make sure the guest are satisfied with the service before they leave the hotel
保证在客人在离店前对酒店的服务感到满意。
• Request assistance from the floor supervisor if complaints and requests cannot be handled
当有客人的投诉无法处理时，向楼层主管请求帮助。
• Clean and make up occupied room accordingly to the hotel standard by performing such duties as:
• Making of beds
根据酒店标准来清洁住客房。
• Cleaning of bathrooms which include toilet bowls, bathtub and wash basin, mirror, shower curtains, floors and wall tiles
清洁浴室，包括：马桶、浴缸、洗手盆、镜子、浴帘、地板、瓷砖等。
• Dusting furniture and fittings.
家具的抹尘和状态检查。
• Vacuuming carpets, upholstery and furnishing.
地毯、软装饰物的吸尘。
• Changing towels, replenishing supplies such as matches, soaps, stationary, toilet paper and facial tissue, etc.
更换毛巾、补充宾客用品，如：火柴、香皂、文具、厕纸、面巾纸等。
• Proper bed making as instructed bathrooms and using the right chemicals and right dilutions.
使用正确的清洁剂清理浴室。
• Systematic way of dusting and using the right supplies
用正确的工具，系统的抹尘。
• Proper vacuuming of carpets starting from the farther end going out
由内至外的正确的吸尘。
• Completing supplies as per the set standard
按照标准补充消耗品。
• Employing and cleaning waste baskets, ashtrays
清洁垃圾桶和烟灰缸。
• Refilling ice bucket with ice cubes
将冰桶装满冰块。
• Change glasses
更换玻璃杯
• Cleaning closet doors, walls, ceiling, air condition, vents, windows and mirrors, vacuuming and changing blankets and bedcover necessary
清洁衣橱、墙面、天花、空调、通风口、窗和镜子、洗尘等。
• Proper disposal of trash and cleaning of waste baskets and ashtrays, make sure that lighted butts are put out before throwing into rubbish bins
妥善处理被丢弃物品，并清洁垃圾桶和烟灰缸。确保没有点着的烟头被扔进垃圾桶而引起火灾。
• Render personal assistance to guest, such as dispatching guest’s laundry, assisting in packing and unpacking, etc.
给客人提供帮助，如配送客人洗衣、帮助打包等。
• Check and report maintenance and repairs requests
检查和报告日常维修和保养请求。
• Make sure that prompt actions are given to maintenance and requests for repairs
确保所有的维修保养工程有跟进。
• Remove room service trays from rooms for collection by room service personal
将客房送餐服务车收出。
• Check and report mini bar stock
盘点迷你吧库存。
• Check for guest’s consumption daily complete the bar list and report to casher for immediate posting and obtaining voucher number
每日工作结束后盘点迷你吧消耗量并立即抛帐。
• Keep linen room, supply rack’s and service areas neat and clean all the time
保持工作间的整洁。
• Carry out turn down service in the night time
在夜晚为客人提供开夜床服务。
• Under taker special requests made by guest.
解决客人的特殊要求。
• Take occupancy checks and fill room reports
检查客房的房态并且做好记录。
• Comply with hotel policy and procedures
遵守酒店的各项规章制度。
• Perform any other duties as required by the floor supervisor or other department staff

任职资格：
• Simple English communication skills
简单的英语交流能力
• Good communication and coordination skills
良好的沟通和协调能力
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 必要的资历要求:
• High school education.
高中以上学历
• At least 1 year experience in luxury hotel related position
至少1年奢华酒店相关岗位经验优先
• Must be physically fit and able to work long hours.
身体健康，能够适应长时间工作
• Good image temperament
