工作职责:
• To communicate efficiently with the kitchen.
• To help prepare training programmes for staff.
• To assist restaurant manager in training.
• To promote good working atmosphere with emphasis in guiding relations between subordinates.
• To enforce the personal appearance of the staff and punctuality.
• To greet guests, handle comments and problems whenever required and promotes sales to meet forecasted revenues.
• To recommend menu items and beverages to guests, as well as taking orders.
• To converse with guests to maintain a good relationship as well as extending personal touch.
• To make requisition for supplies in order to maintain stock level.
• To prepare weekly duty rosters.
• To take over the duties of the outlet manager in his absence.
• To carry out any other duties as and when required by the restaurant manager.
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS :
• To input ideas and suggestion in menu planning and food promotion
• To implement training programme and schedule
• Be knowledgeable in food & beverage service

• Experience in all aspects of food & beverage operations and modern management principles.
• Must have experience in food & beverage operations for at least 5-8years.
