Asst. Sales Manager 销售副经理

1. The Sales Manager’s mission is to primarily promote the hotel and where possible.
销售经理的任务主要是推广酒店。
2. To achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions for the company and to maximize sales revenue.
在各种条件下完成最佳销售而且要达到销售利润最大化。
3. To ensure the smooth running operation of the Corporate & MICE or Travel leisure section in consultation with the Director of Sales on all matters.
所有事宜，销售经理要与销售总监协商；这样可以确保与负责企业，会议或者旅行社的部门顺畅合作。
4. The performance of the Sales Manager will be determined solely by the productivities of the Corporate MICE or Leisure section as well as the overall results of the hotel.
销售经理的成绩将取决于企业和会议或者旅行团队的产量以及酒店整体的收益。
5. Assist in drawing up the marketing plan annually with the Direct of Sales (including section on Corporate & MICE Accounts or Travel & Leisure Accounts).
销售经理要协助销售总监制定每年的市场计划。（这包括了企业，会议和旅行社）
6. Keeps a record & profile on former, existing, potential clients in the Opera system.
在Opera系统中要对过去，现在和潜力顾客进行记录和建档。
7. Organizes regular visits in accordance to a predetermined plan.
按照预先设定的计划，组织日常销售拜访。
8. Prepares a tentative monthly schedule to record all sales and other related actives for the preceding month.
准备一份月计划表以便记录上月所有销售及相当活动。
9. Presents a summary of his/her visits to the Director of Sales on a weekly basis (Weekly Sales Plan) prior to and after the week is completed.
每周前和周后，销售经理要提交他/她的拜访计划给销售总监。
10. Ensures that the invoicing effectively corresponds to all services agreed upon and rendered.
确保发票的有效使用，且要和认可提供的服务保持一致。
11. Ensures that all new clients have no negative credit references.
确保所有新客户都没有负面意见。
12. Records all daily sales activities and the statistics of his/her accounts in Opera system in Opera system.
在Opera系统中，销售经理要记录每日销售拜访及所有本人客户群的数据。
13. Submits production reports on his/her list of accounts on a monthly basis.
每个月销售经理要提交个人客户群的产量。
14. Conducts briefing for meeting / mice group with other departments when required.
如有需求，销售经理要和其它部门共同商讨会议/MICE团队。
