职位描述
Direct and organizethe Beverage & Food function within the hotel in order to maintain highstandards of food and beverage quality and service to maximize profits. Participate in total hotel management as amember of the hotel Senior Leadership Team.
The performance of the Director of Beverage andFood is assessed on their effectiveness as a member of the Hotel’s managementteam, the business results of their unit, the management skills developed andeffectively applied by the individual and the training and development of theirstaff, but also to be a driver of the St.Regis Brand initiatives and lifestyle toensure those elements are brought to life and well reflected in the operation.
Drawing upon the specialist and support departmentsfor advice and assistance, the Director is responsible for the unit’s StrategicBusiness Planning, Administration, Human Resources Management, Quality,Marketing, Financial Management and Service Delivery in accordance to Marriottpolicies and St.Regis brand guidelines.
The Director of Beverage and Foodwill be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficientmanner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures with great energy in a professional and stylish manner to ensure the smoothoperation of B&F department with a high level of service is maintained and maximize the quality of St.Regis experience.
