酒店经理

Responsibilities职责范围：
1. Formulate the hotel’s annual business plan and budget targets, and ensure the achievement of financial indicators including revenue, profit and cost control.
制订酒店年度经营计划与预算目标、确保财务指标（营收、利润、成本控制等）的达成；
2. Maintain close communication with the Finance Department, Sales & Marketing, Marketing & Communication and Reservation & Sales Department. Based on the actual needs during operation, jointly carry out the optimization of the hotel product portfolio to enhance overall revenue.
保持与财务部、市场销售部、市场传讯部及预订销售部的紧密沟通，根据运作中的实际需要，共同做好酒店产品组合的优化工作，以便提升整体收益；
3. Supervise and enhance the end‑to‑end guest experience, guarantee service quality for
catering, accommodation, spa, mineral spring and wellness and other offerings, so that drive continuous improvement.
监督并优化宾客全流程体验，确保餐饮、住宿、温泉康体等服务体验并持续改进；
4. Monitor front‑line customer‑service quality, track guest feedback in a timely manner,
handle major customer complaints and emergencies to safeguard guest experience.
保持关注一线部门的对客服务质量，及时关注宾客意见，处理重大客户投诉及突发事件，确保客户体验；
5. Build a high‑efficiency management team, and optimize organizational structure and
staffing allocation.
组建高效的管理团队，优化组织架构及人员配置；
6. Effectively control costs, improve profitability and maximize return on investment.
有效节控成本，提升盈利能力，确保投资回报最大化。
Requirements职位要求：
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Hotel Management, Tourism Management, or other related majors;
本科及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理等相关专业；
2. More than 10 years of management experience in tourism, hospitality or large-scale resorts, operations with at least 3-5 years in a similar position; expertise in Rooms or Food & Beverage operations preferred;
10年以上旅游、酒店或大型度假区管理经验，其中至少3-5年以上同职位管理经验，擅长房务或餐饮运营者优先；
3. Good personal image and bearing, excellent leadership and capability, with the ability to effectively motivate employees to achieve goals;
形象气质佳，优秀的领导力、执行能力，能有效激励员工达成目标；
4. Possess strong marketing and sales capabilities and rich operational experience;
具备较强的市场营销能力, 丰富的营运经验；
5. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, capable of handle to emergencies and making quick and effective decisions;
出色的沟通谈判技巧，能应对突发事件并做出快速、有效的决策；
