岗位职责
1.准备所有的配料并制作各种面包、面包卷、西点等食品；
2.确保有足量的面包、西点供应；
3.负责操作间的日常卫生、工具清洁及收藏；
4.负责工作结束后的原料收藏、工具清洁、环境卫生的清洁、能源的关闭；
5.接受上级的其他任务。
岗位要求
1.熟悉面包西饼等的制作工艺及技能；
2.熟悉西餐的相关知识及礼仪；
3.有星级酒店或西餐厅从事面包西饼制作工作经验优先；
4.能接受夜班。
Job Responsibilities
Prepare all ingredients and produce various breads, rolls, pastries and other food items.
Ensure an adequate supply of bread and pastries at all times.
Be responsible for daily hygiene of the working area, as well as cleaning and proper storage of tools and utensils.
After work, properly store raw materials, clean tools and working environment, and turn off all energy sources.
Undertake other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements
Familiar with production techniques and skills for making bread and pastries.
Knowledgeable about Western cuisine and related etiquette.
Experience in bread and pastry making in star-rated hotels or Western restaurants is preferred.
Able to accept night shifts.
