We are currently looking for a Service Manager – The Club Manager to join our Front Office team.
Summary
Under the general guidance of the Front Office Manager, the Club Manager oversees and maintains the operations of the Club and directs / supervises the Club staff to ensure services are excellent and personalized. Performs the best standards established by Shangri-La Hotel and Kerry Hotel Pudong Shanghai.

工作概述
在前厅部经理的领导下，嘉里阁经理要检查和维持嘉里阁的运转并管理员工以确保部门的杰出而专业的服务。履行香格里拉酒店集团和上海浦东嘉里大酒店所制定的日标，服务和质量标准相一致。
