We are currently looking for a Director of Engineering to join our Engineering team.

As a Director of Engineering, we rely on you to:
作为工程总监，我们希望您能
-Plans, designs and implements minor projects, to improve the plant efficiency or reduce other operating and maintenance costs.
-Plans and implements a preventive maintenance system to try and achieve zero defects for all equipment in the hotel. Identifies staff training requirements and service improvements areas.
-Provides training to all department staff to ensure efficient operation, proper maintenance and repair to equipment as well as good morale. Conducts daily and monthly meetings to highlight areas of improvement in the service aspects and obtain feedback.
-Prepares and attends P&L and Dept. Heads meeting. Analyses performance and ways to improve it.
-Controls utilities supply on a daily basis.

We are looking for someone who:

Preferably has a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a similar role
