Responsibilities:
1.Under the general direction of the Guest Experience Manager and within the limits established by Mission Hills Hotel Group and local policies and procedures, ensure to carry on all aspects to achieve the highest possible guests’ recognition.
2.Serve all guests with a standard of excellence by creating memorable experiences and enhance repeat customers.
3.Promotes the desired work culture around the five core values of Trust, Integrity, Respect, One Team and Service.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree holder (Overseas education background is preferred), and major in Hotel or Catering management.
2.Fluent in English speaking & writing.
3.Must be patient, dynamic and eager to learn.

The working place is in Mission Hills Shenzhen/Dongguan Hotel.
