Duties & Responsibilities职责义务
Must be completely responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the area assigned to as per the following duties.
根据职责必须完全负责协助管理各部门的食品安全
1. Assist the Executive chef in the day-to-day operation of the Food safety and to help maintain a high Standard of food preparation and presentation.
协助行政总厨管理酒店相关部门的食品安全,保证食品的高质量
2. Support the Executive chef in the overall smooth operation of the kitchen ensuring prompt service at all times.
在运作方面协助并配合行政总厨做好食品安全卫生监控,保证提供安全的食品
3. Manage and participate in food safety inspection work
管理并参与食品安全的检查工作
4. Abide by both the hotel policies and procedures
遵守酒店和的规章制度 。
5. Responsible for the hygiene, sanitation, tidiness of the working and Storage areas
负责 工作区域和存储区域的卫生、防疫、整洁
6. Ensures that the standards of uniform grooming and personal hygiene are maintained
保持仪容仪表和个人卫生
7. Establish relevant system to ensure that the food safety and hygiene work finished accurate and efficient.
制定相关制度,保证食品安全卫生工作准确高效完成
8. Preside the HACCP Meeting
主持食品安全会议
9. Supervise Hygienic standards for food safety departments the implementation
监督各部门食品安全卫生标准的执行情况。
10. Supervise the hygiene of the kitchen
监督各厨房的卫生状况
11. Supervise and check the fill out of HACCP forms.
监督并查收相关表格的填写
12. Participates in the training of associates.
参与员工的培训
13. Takes part in all scheduled training at his/her level
参加所有相应级别的培训
14. Instruct staff, provide one on one instruction to staff members as and when required
在需要时对员工进行面对面的个别指导
15. Interact with department and hotel associates in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way communication.

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability工作技能技巧要求
1. 1. Have a good knowledge of Food Safety knowledge to carry out the duties and responsibilities for
the position in an efficient and productive manner
备有与本职位相配的食品安全知识,高效率,高质量完成本职工作
2. Be able to supervise and manage a shift must possess the necessary skills to be able to work hands on, and provide on the job training to associates to meet the set standards
能够指导和管理各部门食品安全工作。能够完善有必要的工作技巧,提供工作方面知识培训,并帮助员工达到标准。
任职资格:
1. At least has 1 years Food Safety and Hygiene management experience
至少有一年食品安全卫生管理的工作经验。
2. College degree or above, major in food science and engineering
大专以上学历,食品专业毕业。
