强电工、空调工、维修工、锅炉工①强电工1、 Be responsible for keeping all electrical
equipments or facilities (such as switchboard, DB, etc.) in good condition.
负责酒店内所有用电设备、设施、灯具的维护、维修和保养工作（包括各处开关柜、各处开关箱等）。
2 、 Be in charge of the installation work for
minor projects.
负责小型改造工程的定期安装、改装。
3、 Install and maintain all the festival
decoration light fittings.
负责节日喜庆活动室内外彩灯的安装、维护和检修。
4、
Co-operate with ELV team in case of event.
配合弱电组完成大型会议、演出等活动舞台照明及灯光的布置工作。
5、
Be responsible for maintaining all the
mini-electrical facilities.
各部门及客人使用的小型电器的维修。
6、
Co-ordinate with other duty team to carry
out the maintenance schedule.
配合其它班组对有关电器设备实施计划保养和维修。
②空调工
1、 Be
responsible for keeping the air-conditioning system & refrigeration system
in good condition.
负责冷暖空调及制冷设备的运行工作
2、 Attend
the work order efficiently.
严格按工作程序，保证维修单指定的工作及时、准确地完成。
3、 Taking
care of the keys to machine rooms and keep the records of spare keys.
保管好工程各设备机房钥匙，代用钥匙做好登记。
4、 Inform
supervisor or other duty team to assist in case of emergency.
负责对紧急维修进行处理，个人能力无法排除故障时，根据情况及时通知主管或其他班组。
5、 In
accordance with preventive maintenance schedule, check air-conditioner system
and heat pump system.
按维修保养计划对空调系统、空调采暖系统、及其它系统进行维护、保养。
③维修工
1、 Be responsible for maintaining all
furniture, wall and metal shelves.
负责对所有家俱的维修、保养及墙壁、金属构架的油漆翻新。
2、 Be responsible for repairing wall paper,
false ceiling, glass and all kinds of decorations, co-operating for event
order.
负责对墙纸、天花板、玻璃及各种装饰的装修维修，为酒店举办的各种活动制作和安装道具。
3、 Maintain
the dormitory regularly.
担负起万能工的角色，定期对宿舍进行保养。
4、 Check all related facilities in public area
& maintain accordingly. Attend the work order promptly.
定期巡回检查所管范围设施的完好状况，发现问题及时维修。接到派工单迅速维修，遇到重大问题及时请示汇报
④锅炉工
1、 Be responsible for preventive &
corrective maintenance of steam boiler & hot water boiler. 负责热水锅炉及蒸汽锅炉系统的维修保养。
2、 Be responsible for maintaining hot water
system, steam system. 负责热水及蒸汽系统的管道、阀门等设施的维修保养。
3、 Be responsible for maintaining gas pipe,
valve and other accessories in boiler room.
负责锅炉房内煤气管道、阀门及辅件的维修保养。
4、 Assist mechanic team to carry out
preventive & corrective maintenance schedule.
协助机管班组进行预防性保养和维修计划。
5、 Assist
mechanic team to attend the work order.
严格按工作程序，协助机管组完成维修申请单。
