4、 拟定合同,并负责执行合同的签署和收发流程。
5、 准备宴会通知单,并分发到相关部门。
6、 宴会当天现场待命,以处理紧急变更事宜。
7、 与相关部门紧密协调,处理宴会细节或临时变更事宜。
8、 收集客户反馈,汇总报告,并提交致宴会销售经理。
9、 任何特殊事件需向宴会销售经理汇报并征得认可
10、 客户的任何特殊要求需向宴会销售经理汇报。
11、 出席每日宴会销售部会议,需要时参加协调会议。
12、 每月更新客户名单。
13、 执行宴会销售经理分派的其它任务。
1. We accept reservations for banquet and conference venues.
2. When sales personnel are out, they should always be ready to receive visiting guests and can quote prices to guests based on the authorization of the sales director, but they should promptly feed back to the relevant account managers for specific implementation.
3. Assist the sales manager in drafting the banquet proposal.
4. Draft contracts and be responsible for the execution of the contract signing and receipt and dispatch processes.
5. Prepare the banquet notice and distribute it to the relevant departments.
6. Be on standby at the banquet site on the day of the event to handle any urgent changes.
7. Closely coordinate with relevant departments to handle the details of banquets or any temporary changes.
8. Collect customer feedback, summarize reports, and submit them to the banquet sales manager.
9. Any special events must be reported to the banquet sales manager and approved
10. Any special requests from customers should be reported to the banquet sales manager.
11. Attend daily banquet sales department meetings and coordination meetings when necessary.
12. Update the customer list monthly.
13. Perform other tasks assigned by the banquet sales manager.
