• Ensures that allrestaurants and bars provide service consistently with the hotel minimumstandard.

• Notifies related department information to employees, makes sure theemployees know everyday's operation.

• Maintains fully and effective control, especially for purchasing orders andapplication control.
保持充分而有效控制,尤其是对采购订单和申请单的控制。
• Supervises wastage rate of food inventory monthly
监督每月餐饮库存的流失率。
• Plans the future business strategy, checks ongoing action plan program
计划将来的经营战略,检查正在进行的行动计划的程序。
• Sets up the annual sales plan and menu with executive chef.
与厨房负责人共同制定年度促销和菜单计划。
• Contacts and participates in promotional activities that introduce newvarieties dishes or restaurants to news media.

• To ensure that all Departmental Operations Manual are prepared and updated.

• To fully understand the market needs and desires for each outlet and ensuresthat the product lines (menus) are developed by the outlet management teamaccordingly.

• To prepare, along with his outlet teams, a yearly Marketing Plan for eachoutlet, which is the basis of the yearly business plan.
根据年度商业计划与餐饮部团队制定各餐厅年度销售计划。

任职要求:
• Minimun3 years work experience in same position.
具有3年以上国际品牌酒店餐饮管理经验。
• Spoken, read and written fluent in English andMandarin.
中英文听说读写流利。
• Strong Leadership & Management skills.
优秀的管理能力。
• Excellent communication skills.
良好的沟通协调能力。
其他要求
- 国际联号工作经验:优先
- 语言要求:中国普通话-熟练
- 计算机能力:良好
