1.To observe guests and others.
关注客人及其他人员。
2.To patrol lobbies, corridors, back of thehouse area, public rooms, and surroundings.
巡逻大堂、走廊、后台区域、公共区域和别墅客房及周围环境。
3.To detect infringement or suspicious behavior.
查明违规、违法及可疑行为。
4.To interview guests and employees, approachand question suspicious persons courteously.
与客人及员工交谈，接近并有礼貌地询问嫌疑人员。
5.To conduct investigation on and informsupervisor and management of incidents involving disturbances, accidents,superior and management regarding findings.
开展调查工作，并告知主管及管理层相关的信息及发现。
6.To prepare necessary report.
准确记录工作日记。
