1. Core role is all online marketing initiatives for a hotel or designated set of hotels.
主要负责酒店所有电子商务或者线上渠道板块业务,包括但不仅限于下述2项主要任务指标:
(1)Plan and execute marketing campaigns at a property level, enabling more customized and need based online marketing for hotels.
计划和执行酒店层面的营销活动方案,为酒店提供更个性化的在线营销模式。
(2) Key responsibility is to drive marketing solutions that will improve performance for the various online channels and together with Revenue Management team to support property’s overall Revenue Per Available Room (RevPar) index and other key customer metrics according to brand.
根据市场行情、品牌定位包括竞争趋势等,与预定收益部充分合作,优化酒店产品推广渠道为酒店获取最佳利益。
2. Plan sales call activities under the direct approval of DOSM to major marketing areas, calling on existing and potential accounts within their specific areas. Arrange clients on fam/site inspection tour.
在市场销售总监的批准下,在主要销售领域进行潜在客户的计划销售拜访活动及邀请客户做到店考察。
3. Sales Targets: To achieve sales objective and goal to generate maximum high yield in accordance with the specific sales action plan.
销售目标:实现销售目标,根据具体的销售行动计划实现销售量的最大化。
4. Customer Relation: Maintain good contact with existing customers. Reports & Returns -Provide Feedback to DOSM on changing market conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result in general market idea.
客户关系: 与现有及潜在客户保持良好的关系。
报告与回馈-针对不断变化的市场环境向销售总监提供反馈信息,包括竞争趋势对主要市场的影响
