1.Ensures that new associates and trainees are properly inducted into the hotel by scheduling and conducting orientation.

4.Monitors the progress of all associates on specific training and development programmes, assessing their progress and providing frequent opportunities for feedback.

5.Documents and presents Training program results on a monthly basis.

10.Assists the Training Manager to monitor and control the use of hotel training facilities and equipment.

11.Assists the Training Manager to ensures that said facilities are suitably equipped; makes recommendations for improvements and upgrades, as dictated by the needs of the hotel.

12.Keeps abreast with innovations and developments of training techniques and methods.
