As a Service Leader - Chef de Partie, we rely on you to
* Maintain the food preparation process in alignment with Shangri-La's service and hygiene standards.
* Ensure all Health and Safety standards and policies are followed correctly.
* Assist to manage the overall kitchen operation.
* Maintain a close and positive relationship with the team.
We are looking for someone who:
* Has at least 2 years working experience hotel operations
* Committed to serving food of the highest quality
* Adaptable
* Good personal hygiene
* Willing to work shifts
