• Assists with the preparation of all food in assigned kitchen.

• Is knowledgeable of all menus being offered in the respective kitchen at any one time.

• Ensures that all kitchen Mise en Place is prepared according to production plan.
确保按照出品计划做好餐前准备。
• Checks food storage areas and refrigerators for cleanliness and proper functioning and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
检查食品储存区域和冰箱的清洁及正常运作，并向主管报告任何差异。
• Ensures the highest standards of hygiene are always adhered to throughout food preparation.
确保在整个食品在准备过程中始终坚持最高的卫生标准。
• Is responsible for the cleanliness of respective section.

• Ensures all equipment is cleaned regularly and after use.
