岗位职责
1. 提供厨房所需的出品
Produce all Food required for the assigned Kitchen.
2. 协助厨师长管理日常订货和内部调转
Assist the sous chef in controlling the daily requisitions and Kitchen inter-transfers.
3. 协助管理制定员工培训计划 Conduct training for staff as well as be involved in regular training programs. 4. 对下属负起专责 Delegate specific responsibilities and authority to subordinates. 5. 协助厨师长确保厨房员工排班符合酒店生意状况 Assist Sous Chef to ensure that kitchen staff levels are scheduled according to the business volume.
6. 熟悉各种食品配料,餐饮运作流程,送餐提供和酒店服务标准。 Knowledge of recipes ingredients, F&B outlets offerings and hotel services.

Servel years experience in similar position (Food production or related work
2、良好沟通能力
Good communication skill
3、熟悉饼房工作
Fimilar pastry work
