1.Maintain an efficient filing, tracing and correspondence system of the division.

2.Ensure that all coming correspondence is replied within 24 hours and then properly put on trace or file.

3.Handle the coordination of follow-up actions by S & M team member or other Departments with relations to Sales.

4.Prepare and send out quotations or contracts to travel agents tour operators or related.
为销售经理制定并发出报价或合同给旅行社或客户。
5.Update and maintain and update mailing lists.
更新和维持邮寄名单。
6.Handle and direct mail activities.

7.Administer and coordinators any other Sales activities.

8.Ensure that collateral and promotion materials are on hand at all times.

9.Internal Communication — Departmental Briefing; Liaison with other Department; Team member Relations.

10.Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, team member and team members.

21.Inform clients and our tour operators on outlet promotions by letter, fax and telephone calls.

22.Maintain high level of exposure for the hotel in major market areas through telephone, fax, contacts and written communications to represent hotel.
运用电话,传真,合同及书面形式使酒店保持在市场上的主导地位。
23.Assist sale manager and executive to conduct hotel inspection for all walk in, meeting group and contracted clients .
协助销售经理及代表负责所有散客、团队以及协议客户参观酒店。
24.Inform customers promptly about all hotel change information.
及时地通知客人有关酒店信息的变动。
25.The management reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary at any point of time during her / his employment.

26.Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications必要的资历要求:
1.University graduate, excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese language.
大学专科,良好的中英文读写能力。
2.Minimum 1 year experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
具有至少一年在国际连锁酒店的相关经验。
