This position is to provide integrated services large luxury hotel, resort hotel or flagship hotel human resources department of the important position. Need to provide guidance and management to Commis Chef.
此岗位是提供综合服务的大型豪华酒店、度假村酒店或旗舰酒店人力资源部的重要职位。需要对员工餐厅厨师提供指导和管理。
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS任职要求
With at least 2 years relevant work experience; Healthy, style decent; Have a good team quality.
具有至少2年以上相应的岗位经验；身体健康，作风正派；具备良好的团队素质。

When interacting with others need the use of communication skills.

Display strength with employees, suppliers, enterprise human resources and legal interacting with people.

Upon completion the written work and management reports, to provide and receive guidance, training the need for frequent use of reading and writing ability.
在完成书面工作和管理报告、提供和接受指导、培训时需要频繁使用阅读和书写能力。
Frequently use problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organization and training abilities.
频繁使用问题解决、推理、激励、组织和培训能力等。
Need to use mathematical skills frequently, including basic mathematics, budget, profit/loss concept, percentage and difference adaptations, etc.

May need to work in the night, weekends and holidays.
