餐厅领位 Hostess

Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作职责（包括但不限于以下内容）：
1.To
provide excellent service as set by the department, ensuring that standards and
service are maintained in strict accordance with management policy. To answer
guest requests and resolve guest problems. Foresee and exceed guests’ expectation.
根据部门设定提供优质服务并且预知，确保标准和和服务与酒店的管理政策严格地保持一致。能够准确的回答并且解决客人的问题, 超越客人的期望。
2.To
provide guests with quality service in line with Rosewood Hotel brand standards
and ensure service efficiency.
能为客人提供符合瑰丽酒店品牌标准的优质服务并确保服务效率。
3.Proficient
in Mircros system and POS booking system.
能够熟练运用Mircros系统和POS预订系统。
4.Ensure
timely update of reservation system information.
保证及时更新预订系统的信息。
5.Properly
handle reservations according to the situation, be able to communicate with the
supervisor and update the reservation system in a timely manner to ensure the
restaurant turnover rate and maximize the benefit.
根据情况妥善处理预订，能够及时与主管进行沟通并更新预订系统，确保餐厅的翻台率，实现效益最大化。
6.Provide
satisfactory service to all waiting guests.
为等位的客人提供满意的服务。
7.Greet
guests and ensure the accuracy of guest reservation information (including
number of diners, special requests, etc.).
迎接客人并保证客人预订信息的准确（包括用餐人数、特殊要求等）。
8.Familiar
with the restaurant menu, wine list and beverage knowledge, and can recommend
and explain the food and beverage on the menu.
熟悉餐厅菜单、酒水单及饮料知识，并能及时为客人推荐和解释菜单上的食品与酒水。
9.Ability
to promote dishes
有能力对菜品进行促销。
Requirements 任职资格：
Grooming and conduct are expected to conform to the hotel's professional
image.
仪容仪表以及行为都要符合酒店的专业形象。
Education: Unlimited.
学历：不限。
Experience 经验要求：
Background in restaurant is preferred.
有餐厅实习和工作背景优先。
