SUMMARY OF POSITION
职位概述
Support Sales and Catering teams through the execution of administrative work. Handle incoming calls and inquiries in compliance with Four Seasons standard.
支持整体销售团队的行政工作。根据四季标准处理销售咨询和查询。
Timely and accurately prepare high-quality BeO and contracts to lay the foundation for successful sales.
及时准确地准备高质量的BEO以及合同，为成功销售做好基础。
Support and help the sales team in action, and complete other tasks assigned by the sales manager and sales director.
给予销售团队行动上的支持及帮助，完成销售经理及销售总监分配的其他任务。
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS
职位要求
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required in English and Mandarin.
具有优秀的沟通技巧及中英文的读写能力
Experience with computer (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Opera, Lotus and GOLDEN S&C) an advantage.
有计算机经验（Excel、Word、PowerPoint、Opera、Lotus和GOLDEN S&C）者优先。
