Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
精确处理各样客人的多方面需要,在满足客人要求的同时适当添加个人的见解,灵活的服务,在达到和最大满足客人的同时,不破坏四季酒店的制度。
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS
优先条件与资格
Good skills of the English and Cantonese or Mandarin languages.
较好的英语,粤语以及普通话。
Well-developed Communication and Customer Relations Skills.
能够很好的和客人交流并且能和客人较好的相处。
Must be service oriented and be able to maintain Four Seasons standard hospitality at all times.
必须具有服务意识,有能力传承四季酒店一直以来在酒店行业中的标准品质。
