 Responsibilities 工作职责
1.Ensures food preparation and presentation in relevant food production area conform to the requisite standards.
 确保食物在相应的区域的准备和摆盘按照要求的标准。
2.Ensures that food is stored, prepared and secured hygienically and safely.
确保食物的储存、准备的卫生和安全性。
3.Ensures that food is prepared and cooked according to specific recipes and wastage is  minimised.
保证食物按照规定的菜谱准备及烹饪，并且把浪费降到最低。
4.Maintains standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all kitchen and related areas.
维持厨房以及相关区域的卫生和清洁标准。
