PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
·Directly responsible for the daily administration of the whole F&B department, in line with brand standard as well as the leading hotels of the world stretch goals and the colleague handbook.
直接全面负责管理整个餐饮部的行政，按照朗廷品牌标准，国际领先酒店的目标和员工手册条例保证其营运顺畅，实现利润最大化。
·Work very close with the General Manager and report and brief on the daily operation and respond to any situation in a timely and effective manner.
协助总经理，汇报及传达每日运营情况并对任何情况做出及时有效的回应。
·Comply with hotel rules and regulations to improve customer satisfaction.
遵照酒店规章制度，提升客户满意度。
·Lead the front-line colleagues to follow the loss procedures and work with the Steward, kitchen and related departments to minimize the loss rate.
领导前线同事按照损耗程序，并与管事部，厨房及相关部门一起，以将损耗率降至最低。
·Ensure strict compliance with procedures established by the Finance department, HR department and other operation departments.
确保严格按照财务部，人力资源部及其他营运部门制定的程序。
·Be responsible for the execution or direct monitoring of any previously agreed projects.
负责执行或直接监测事先商定的任何项目。
·Be responsible for the control of security related issues like floor master keys, cashier procedures and others.
负责控制相关的安全问题，例如万能钥匙，收银程序等。
· Ensure that fire, health, safety and hygiene standards are maintained for the whole department.
保证消防，健康，安全及清洁的标准得到维护。
·Perform any duties assigned by the Management.

·Be aware of all Langham’s guest programmes, discounts, etc.
知晓所有朗廷的对客程序，相关折扣等。
·Be aware of the Langham brand, convey and ensure that all colleagues understand the hotel's catering philosophy and any operational information.

·Be aware and be presented if necessary for any special events or requests.
知晓并尽可能参与特殊的宴会或任何有需求的场合。
·Participate in catering promotion with colleagues.
同员工一起参与餐饮推广。
·Be aware of guest complaints and personally get involved if necessary.
了解客人的投诉，如有必要能亲自解决。
·Set a good example for colleagues and motivate colleagues to work enthusiastically.
以身作则，为同事树立起良好的榜样，激励同事的工作热情。
