4. To perform opening and closing procedures established for the Place of work as assigned.

5. To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage item in the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and up-sell alternative.

6. To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage.
监控所有营运用品,减少破损和损耗。
7. To handle guest enquiries either by telephone in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.
通过电话有礼貌的,有效率的处理客人的询问和投诉。如果问题不能马上解决,必须告诉客人,及确保问题得以解决。同时,及时地报告上级主管。
