采购经理

1. Plans, assigns, manage, and reviews purchasing and contracts administration functions in compliance with local laws and regulations.
策划、分配、管理、总结采购工作及相关合同管理，并确认该职能是否与当地法律法规相符.
2. Prepares, analyzes, and approves contracts for submission to General Manager / Director of Finance, negotiates contract terms with vendors whilst obtaining quotations from three suppliers if possible.
起草、分析及批准呈交总经理/财务总监的采购合同，与供应商协商合同条款，如有可能取得三方报价.
3.Manages the preparation, updating, and maintenance of various records, including contract files, bid abstracts, and actions taken by the Executive Committee.
管理合同、标价汇总、行政委员跟进措施等档案的记录与更新.
4.Keeps abreast of what is available on the local market by inquiring for prices, invite user departments for visiting market and suppliers and attending exhibition fairs on monthly basis.
保持市场触觉，原则上每月邀请使用部门走访一次市场、供应商、会展等熟悉价格状况.
5.Record and announce the Cost of each user departments according to stocks purchasing and issuing.
通过采购及发货步骤记录及共享各部门使用成本从而达到控制目的.
6.Interviews vendors, inspects facilities and evaluates products, equipment and services.
与供应商面谈，走访供应商设施设备，评估产品或服务质量.
7.Advises management on issues and problems relating to purchasing policies and procedures and recommends solutions.
对采购政策及流程提出改进建议或问题解决方案.
8.Setup the par stock level of the stock Purchases in the store. Follows up the departmental requests/consumption and arranges necessary stock level for the store.
制定库存定量，跟进使用部门订量适当调整存量.
9.Responsible of all receiving issues, quantities, unit prices, quality of the items delivered etc.
负责收货数量、质量及价格是否适宜.
10.Responsible of monthly store room stocktaking, ensure actual consumption.
组织月度仓库盘点，确认实际消耗.
Job Profile 任职要求
3 years above Finance working experience in hotel/residence
三年以上酒店采购部/酒店财务工作经验
Good teamwork spirit and problem solving
具体团队精神及解决问题的能力
Excellent oral and written skill in English
出色的英语口语及书写能力
Experience in cost control is preferred
有成本控制经验者优先
