1. Follow all standard recipe cards with methods and ingredients to ensure quality and consistency.

5. Taste and understand finished dishes and sauces ensuring consistency.

6. Assist CDP/demi chef with daily duties.

7. Ensure all hotel policy and procedures are followed by reading all the information provided during training.
