确保为客人提供高水准的服务，根据酒店标准问候抵店客人，为住店客人/餐饮客人/店外客人提供相关礼宾服务，迎送离店客人. 提供所有行李协助。
Serve the guests in the most hospitable manner, all guests arriving to the hotel will be welcomed. Bid farewell to all departing guests in the most courteous and professional manner. Provide all Concierge related services to in-house guests, F&B patrons and visitors. Provide luggage deliveries and assistances.
确保持续地为酒店客人提供高水平的服务
Ensure that standards are maintained at a superior level on a daily basis.
为客人处理投诉，确保客人的满意度
Resolve guest complaints; communicate with guest immediately and ensuring guest satisfaction.
长期的知识储备
Maintain complete knowledge of:
1.酒店的设备以及服务，各个运营的部门的营业时间
All hotel features/services, hours of operation.
2.酒店餐厅的食品信息，价格范围，着装要求，以及就餐环境
All hotel restaurant food concepts, menu price range, dress code and ambiance.
3.所有酒店的客房类型，布局，以及客房内设施
All hotel room types, numbers/names, layout, amenities and locations.
4.每日团队客人行程安排，会议名称以及抵店
Scheduled daily group activities, names and location of meeting/banquet rooms.
5.酒店地区的景点，活动，以及为客人安排假日活动
Local events, attractions, holiday schedules.
6.提供行李搬运，存取服务
Assist with luggage loading/unloading/storage
7.为客人提供出租车叫车服务
Assist with Taxi needs
8.为进出酒店客人提供开门服务
Assist with doors at main entrance
协助客人存取行李
Assist guests in locating and retrieving lost luggage.
协助客人以及酒店部门收发包裹邮件
Distribute all guest and departmental mail.
