POSITION
SUMMARY
The Senior Ambassador is
responsible for establishing a warm, welcoming and professional atmosphere for
all our guests, members, executives and staff at all times. Located at Guest
Welcome Centre, and all public areas, Ambassador provides exceptional service
and works as a true representative of village hospitality.
KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Guest Welcome
Centre Senior Ambassador must
demonstrate an inherent understanding of guest needs and deliver excellent
standards in service and hospitality, which surpass guest aspirations, making
it special right from the start.
The Guest Experience
Team is predominantly focused on providing
a “World Class VIP” welcome to Shanghai Village to encourage our guests to “discover us, shop with us, recommend us and return to us”. The
team has a specific emphasis on:

Hospitality Experience

Promoting a range of
innovative and efficient “concierge style services” including valet
parking and Handsfree Shopping.

Problem solving for
guest and demonstrate guest oriented service at high standard.
· Engage with
High-Net-Worth guests to understand their needs and establish personal
relations for individual personalized service.
· Being luxury ambassadors for hospitality,
guest services & Value Retail
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
·
Proven
track record of exemplary success in a Host, Customer/Guest Services or Tourism
role within a premium or luxury environment (which might include Hotel,
Tourism, Retail, Events sectors).
·
Intuitive
and able to prioritise and adapt effectively.
·
Good
interpersonal skills, be able to deal with international guests, with impact
& influence.
·
A
keen interest in the leisure and retail industry.
·
Computer
literate and fully conversant in the full suite of Microsoft Office
Applications including Outlook.
·
International
languages are highly desirable, in particular English and/or other languages or
dialect.
