大专以上学历
3年以上酒店或中西餐的外场店长经验
具有良好的职业道德，做事认真仔细、稳重、吃苦耐劳
良好的团队精神、沟通能力及协调能力；
英语沟通流利，有中餐厅（粤菜）经验优先考虑
Ø 岗位职责:
1)负责餐厅之日常营运管理，建立完善且最高品质的作业标准，使餐厅的经营理念得以实现.
2)负责餐厅营运品质与绩效达到市场之领导品牌地位，包括顾客满意、业绩、利润等皆能在有效管理下持续成长.
3)负责餐厅的人力资源作业，持续地督导主管和员工培训作业进度和品质并提出改善计划.
4）熟悉中餐服务流程.
5) 具备基本的葡萄酒及吧台酒水基本知识.
6) 处理营业中的突发事件以及客人的投欣和纠纷.
7) 与客人建立良好的关系.
8) 擅长团队工作,喜爱与人接触,具高度服务热忱.
9) 配合遵守公司规章与标准作业流程规范.
10)具3年以上酒店或中西餐的店长经验.
Title : Restaurant Manager
Technical Requirement：
1、Responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the restaurant, establishing a perfect and highest quality operating standard, enabling the restaurant’s business philosophy to be realized.
2、Responsible for the quality of the restaurant operation and performance to achieve the leading brand position in the market, including customer satisfaction, performance, profit, etc. Can continue to grow under effective management.
3、Responsible for the human resources operation of the restaurant, continuously supervising the progress and quality of the supervisor and staff training operations and proposing improvement plans.
4、Familiar with the Chinese food service process.
5、Basic knowledge of wine and bar wine.
6、Handling emergencies in business and customers’ investment and disputes.
7、Establish a good relationship with the guests.
8、Good a team work, love to contact with people, with a high degree of service enthusiasm.
9、Cooperate with company regulations and standard operating procedures.
10、Experience with field Manager who have more than 3 years of hotel or Chinese and Western food.
