·         Coordinates with the Executive Chef and outlet managers/ banquet manager for equipment requirement and cleaning schedules.

·         Coordinates with the engineering department regarding preventive maintenance and repair of equipment.

·         Controls the requisitioning, storage and careful use of all operating equipment and supplies.
管理物资申请、库存，定期检查仪器的操作情况。
·         Liaises with the Food and Beverage Department and Culinary Department on daily operations and quality control.
