岗位职责：
Job description
1.礼貌友好地接听所有的来电，并负责准确的接转。
Receive all incoming calls in a courteous and friendly manner, responsible for accurate connection.
2.回答客人的电话询问或者将电话转接至有关部门。
Answer guest’s inquires over the phone or connect caller to relevant department.
3.正确、快速为客人提供点餐服务，并积极促销酒水及菜品
Take ordering and recommend the beverage
4.负责准确及时的为客人提供叫醒服务。
Responsible for placing of guest long distance calls correctly.
5.负责检查叫醒服务记录，并在电话没有人接听时采取适当的措施。Responsible for placing of guests’ wake-up calls accurately and timely.
岗位要求：
Job requirments
1.具有1年及以上的相关工作经验
Have 1 year or above relevant work experience
2.性格开朗、头脑灵活、工作踏实，具有较强的服务意识、推销意识和责任感。
