公寓总监 Director of Residences

1.公寓总监负责整个公寓部门运营的管理和协调工作，负责监管公寓部客户关系主任的日常工作。通过与公寓客人建立良好的关系和提供优质的服务标准，展示酒店的优质管理水平。他必须熟知协议的契约以及客户协议的合法性，并了解相关必需的规章条例。他必需获得并保持客户名录的准确性，并监督和管理公寓的服务以及与第三方签订的服务。
Director of The residences is responsible for the management and coordination of all The Residences operation. He supervises The Residences Guest Relations Officers in their daily duties. He represents the Hotel management by having a good relation with the Residents and by providing the quality standards. He must be knowledgeable about all contractual issuesand the legalities of the tenant agreements and rules and regulations are required. He will have to acquire and maintain the Residents roster accurate, supervise and oversee The Residences services as well as services contracted to third parties.
2.熟知并服从酒店和公寓的相关政策和程序
Maintain complete knowledge and comply with all hotel and residence policies and procedures.
3.处理客人投诉，执行及时的和解措施，展示丽斯卡尔顿酒店公寓的专业礼仪。
Handle Resident’s complaints by following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring Represent The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton in a professional manner
4.必须建立并维护与主要的服务供应商的良好关系。不断更新礼宾部相关
息。
