1. Assist and support the with kitchen and
service operations as necessary.

2. Promote effective and open communication
throughout the Stewarding team both upstream and down.

3. Ensure and promote effective
intradepartmental communication and a spirit of co-operation.

4. Follow the direction of our Hygiene Officer
and the HACCP principals in the Cordis Beijing Capital Airport food safety plan
to ensure industry best practice and the highest level of hygiene and food
safety in compliance with all local and national (Health Department)
regulations.
在康得思酒店食品安全计划中遵循卫生检查员和HACCP的原则，确保所有都按照地方和国家规则的情况下实现行业内最佳实践及最高水平的食品安全和卫生。
5. Ensure all Stewarding colleagues are aware
of trained in and follow the food safety standards and procedures outlined in
the Cordis Beijing Capital Airport food safety program.

6. Ensure all HACCP related
documentation, checks and tests are properly recorded, filed and kept up to
date at all times.

7. Ensure chemicals are used and stored safely.
遵循化学药剂使用安全和储藏及工作操作步骤标准。
8. Ensure all colleagues are properly trained
on the use of any and all chemicals and cleaning products and equipment they
may encounter.

9. Encourage a culture of support and co-operation through participating
in team building exercises and recognition programs.

10. Always be willing to participant in cross training from different
functions and be able to work as ‘multi-task’ in department.

11. Ensure work place safety guidelines are being followed and any
accidents and/or unsafe work practises or conditions are reported immediately.

12. Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and maintained to the
highest operating standard.

13. Maintain China, Glass & Silver inventory, labour & supplies
costs within Budgeted guidelines.
在预算规定内维护瓷器,玻璃器皿及银器的盘点, 劳动力及供应商品的成本问题。
14. Develop and implement
training programs at all levels to help the development and growth of
individuals and depth of knowledge in our team.

15.Train colleagues on energy saving techniques
培训员工的节约能源意识。
16.Accurately forecast business demands on a weekly basis to ensure
efficient staffing.

17. Ensure all orders are placed in a timely manner and according to the
hotel’s policies, procedures and business needs.
根据酒店的政策,程序和业务需求确保所有的订单以适时的方式放置。
18.Ensure all hotel required documentation is completed accurately,
honestly and in a timely manner.
确保酒店需要的所有文档是准确、真诚和及时地完成。
19. Follow all Cordis Beijing Capital Airport policies and procedures as
described in our employee hand book.

20.Perform other duties assigned by the management.
