岗位职责:
•Be responsible for the overall development of membership program, with clear vision, strategy and milestones of implementation and defined KPIs and business processes for membership program.

•To promote membership coverage and accelerate digitalization progress.
推动会员覆盖,加快数字化进程;
•Build membership related capabilities for hotel and lead teams to implement the membership strategy.
帮助酒店建立会员体系相关的性能,并带领团队实施会员战略;
•Design and execute membership programs to acquire new members and drive shopping frequency.
设计并执行会员计划,以获取新会员,提高购物频率;
•Continuous coordination on country hotel level on all membership programs.
持续协调全国酒店的所有会员计划;
•Leverage all digital platforms for targeted member communication and activation including WeChat, Live Show and App.
利用所有数字平台进行目标会员的沟通和激活,包括微信、直播和应用程序;
•Establishing and maintaining of professional work relationships to relevant internal areas especially CRM, research and database marketing.
建立并维护与内部相关领域的专业工作关系,特别是客户关系管理、研究和数据库营销;
•Closely work with marketing team to generate and implement membership promotion plan.
与市场传媒部密切合作,指定并执行会员推广计划;
•Other duties assigned by line.
与会员计划相关的其他工作。
任职资格:
•Bachelor degree or above with major in relevant majoy, for example: Marketing, etc.
市场营销等相关专业本科及以上学历;
•At least 3-year experience of management position in Membership, especially in the hotel industries.
3年以上会员管理工作经验,特别是酒店行业;
•Excellent expertise in membership program management/promotion and CRM.
卓越的市场营销和客户关系管理专业知识;
•Experience within a multi-national corporation is preferred.
有跨国公司工作经验者优先;
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
较强的沟通和人际交往能力;
•Ability to generate new and creative solutions and processes to business issues which align with company values and vision resulting in continuous performance improvement.
能够针对业务问题提出新的创造性的解决方案和流程,并与公司的价值观和愿景保持一致,从而持续改善业绩;
•Ability to make decisions and set priorities that meet financial goals.
决策能力和设定优先级以满足财务目标;
•Ability to understand the strategies of key competitors and formulates tactical and reactive plans.
能够理解主要竞争对手的战略,并制定战术及反应性计划;
•Excellent ability to analyze and provide insights for solutions.
优秀的分析能力和提供解决方案的洞察力;
•Strong leadership and teamwork.
有较强的领导能力及团队精神;
•Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
良好的中英文书面和口头沟通能力;
•A committed team player. Able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
具有团队合作精神,能同时处理多个任务,能在压力下工作,并能按时完成任务。
