Assistant Director of Food and Beverage / 助理餐饮总监

DUTIES:
1. Support the Director of Food & Beverage to improve the performance of the outlets.
2. Analyse market trends and make suggestions.
3. Assist in maintaining a high standard of service.
4. In partnership with the Director of Food & Beverage, this role will be responsible for the branding, revenue and management of Food & Beverage colleagues.
5. Monitoring and execution of staff training implementation.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. We are looking for candidates who have similar position experience both in mainland China 5* and international hotel background.
2. Innovative, especially regarding promotions and marketing.
3. Has a passion for Food & Beverage and enjoys interacting with people.
4. Excellent knowledge in the operations, from restaurant standards and procedures through to budgeting, promotional planning and execution, P&L, etc.
5. Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times.
6. Communicates and writes with fluency in Chinese and English.
