岗位职责:
1. 根据宴会预订情况,合理安排员工和帮工。
2. 监督宴会摆台,清洁,用具等,确保符合客人需求。
3. 关注客人需求,适时征询客人意见,及时处理突发情况。
4. 员工培训与发展。
5. 至少三年同等职位工作经验。
1. Properly arrange staff and casual labor according to event forcast.
2. Supervise event set-up, hygien, utensil to ensure guest needs are fulfilled.
3. Focus on guest satisfaction and hadle emergency as well complaints.
4. Staff training and development.
5. At least 3 years experience in similiar position.
