Responsible for preparing the annual RB&E Business Plan ensuring Divisional Objectives fully address business objectives of the hotel and needs of colleagues.
7.指导下属,以确保生产率达到符合设计标准和标准以及操作手册的标准。
Directs subordinates to ensure productivity meets standards given following Design Standards and Criteria and the International RB&E Operations Manual.
8.招聘,选拔和发展餐饮部同事,遵循愿意成为多技能和执行多重任务的运营,财务,行政理念。
Recruit, select, and develop RB&E colleagues to work following the operational, financial, administrative philosophies willing to become multi-skilled and perform multi-tasks.
9.与客人保持良好的互动和同事保持良好的工作关系。
Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
任职要求 Qualifications
1.大专学历,高级文凭持有者。行政管理或酒店管理及相关专业。
University/ Higher Diploma graduate, major in Business Administration/ Hotel Management or equivalent.
2.至少2年的助理餐饮总监的经验,有开业筹备酒店工作经验优先。
Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Director of RB&E; in a large property. A pre-opening experience would be an advantage.
3.出色的运营管理社交能力。
Good operational, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
