MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

To take responsibility for the bar opening procedure and paying attention to the cleanliness and alignment of all equipment, the freshness and correct preparation of all ingredients, and stock levels of all bottles.

Maintain the cleanliness and always restock equipment as needed.

Maintain thorough working knowledge of drink menus and be able to articulate to guests in an engaged and thoughtful manner.

Proficient use of POS for ordering and billing purposes.

Prepare all beverages to the standards of Fotografiska and our partners.

Thorough working knowledge of all beverages: coffee/tea/non-alcoholic/wines/beers/spirits.

Communicating with servers on orders to ensure delivery of drinks to members in a timely manner and alerting the Bar Manager when running low on a particular item.

Develop and coordinate the organization of various areas of the bar and other F&B outlets on property.

Competency in conversing with members, guests and potential members regarding Fotografiska and our various programs and amenities.

Set up/ breakdown of bar needs on a daily level.

Work multiple bar activations on the property that hosts several events weekly.

To record daily breakages and to help to minimize breakages by enforcing the house rules.

To assist the Bar Managers in carrying out stock-takes and ordering, creating new cocktails and researching new products.

· Knowledge of craft and classic cocktails along with strong old world/new world wines. Get authority and responsibility to subordinate managers in a way that the entire Food and Beverage operation runs smoothly. Ensure that all legal aspects are being fulfilled in regards to:

REQUIREMENTS:
要求:
1. Education 教育
A college degree specializing in restaurant/hotel management or equivalent qualification
大专以上学历,餐厅/酒店管理专业或同等学历
2. Language 语言
Good communication skill in Mandarin and English verbal, listening and writing
良好的中英文听说读写沟通能力
3. Work Experience 工作经验
Related Bar, Restaurant or Lounge experience in the same or similar positions
有相同或类似岗位的酒吧、餐厅或酒廊工作经验
4. Knowledge 知识
Extensive knowledge of Bar/Lounge operational procedures.

Impeccable customer service by responding promptly to member/guest needs, soliciting feedback to improve service, and responding to all member requests (not just F&B related)

6. Working Environment and schedule 工作环境和时间安排
Able to work on some nights, weekends and holidays
