【工作职责】
遵循品牌承诺并始终提供优异的对客服务，确认客人在入住和离店过程中得到尽善尽美的服务，保持与顾客和同事之间良好的合作关系。以协助和灵活的态度与其他管理层员工密切合作，关注酒店的整体成功和客人的满意度。
【任职要求】
1. 优秀的沟通技巧，说话清晰、简洁、自信
2. 流利顺畅的英语口语和书面表达能力
3. 保持高标准的个人形象和仪容仪表
4. 能适应灵活的班次
5. 具有良好的宾客服务意识和团队协作精神
6. 至少两年以上国际酒店工作经验

【Job Responsibilities】
Keeping in line with the brand promise and always providing
excellent customer service, confirming that guests receive perfect service
during their stay and departure, maintaining a good working relationship with
customers and colleagues. Working closely with other management staff in a
supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel
and guest satisfaction.
【Job Requirements】
1. Excellent communication skills, speak clearly, concisely and
confidently
2. Fluent in spoken and written English
3. Maintain high standards of personal image and grooming
4. Able to adapt to flexible shifts
5. Have a good sense of guest service and teamwork spirit
6. Minimum two years working experience in international hotels
